Our signature Cobb Salad starts with a crisp blend of fresh iceberg and romaine lettuce, topped with tender grilled chicken, smoky crispy bacon, and tangy bleu cheese crumbles. We add fresh red onion and ripe tomatoes for the perfect flavor balance, then serve it with creamy blue cheese dressing on the side.
We make our dough in-house every day and let it rest overnight to develop the taste and structure it needs.
Our sauce is made with local tomatoes, salt and oregano.
We shred cheese ourselves to get that perfect melt.
I love Blackjack Pizza. Always the best pizza around. My pizza has always been ready on time and everything has always been correct. Also, if you’re looking for a Cauliflower crust pizza, they have the best one around. Oh, and their salads are awesome too. If you’re not receiving their texts with special offers, you’re missing out because they send out some bangers!
Seriously!! Whoever made our "Good Deal" lite red onions extra mushrooms! You did a good job. Must be in a good mood. Best pizza I've had from there. 👍 👌
